To Kristy, who has been amazing. She has gone above and beyond in helping with issues that were not part of the credentialing process in that particular region. She assisted me with TMHP and made it look incredibly easy doing so. Shane has also been tremendous! Very approachable and easy to reach! Very diligent in working on my account! I have had two previous experiences with credentialing both of who botched my credentialing processes. Triumph has been outstanding! Kristy, Angelica, and Shane have been instrumental in getting my contracts together - quickly and accurately without delay. The online portal is very easy to use and, to the detail, outlines every step of the credentialing process so you know at any point what has been completed and what is still pending. There is no guessing or waiting in the dark with this company - a tremendous feature! They are easy to get in touch with and my questions are answered promptly. Kristy Lee6 April 2021I was EXTREMELY skeptical, especially after seeing the previous reviews from months back and made the mistake of hiring a less expensive company after failing the attempt to credential our cash practice in house. Long story short, I ended up coming back to TriumpHealth. They are very organized and as I learned from my past experience the credentialing process is very difficult and there was more work than expected to be required from our end but after the outcome and being involved I completely understand why. Their staff was able to correct the multiple errors and mistakes made from our prior contracting company and set things right. Their ethics are also commendable.
